First time purchasing and def would again. Communication excellent, delivery came sooner than expected but I was kept informed at every stage. Packaging was superb, items really well protected. Impressed with the quality, better than expected and not a single mark or flaw. Really loved that they sent two options on handles too. Just the feet to attach which was simple, all round fantastic service and quality. Highly recommend

A great experience from start to finish. Found the tables I wanted on line. Saw they were available after end of Jan. Logged interest and awaited emails as to when back in stock. Straight forward when ordering. Within the delivery timescales order arrived. Some nice touches, company tried a couple of times to get in touch regarding delivery. Due to not being able to talk at the time, they emailed. I responded and received a thanks and smiley face back.
The courier rang to tell me they were slightly earlier than the arranged time slot, informed me 40 mins away was that OK? When I received the items, the packaging to protect the items was second to non. Boxes reinforced. Glass pieces wrapped up with protector sheeting, well thought out to ensure the items didn't move,didn't break, didn't scuff!

Brought a sofa bed, exactly like it looked on the pictures, lovely colour and amazing quality, was with us within a week of ordering

On receiving the light fitting, it was found to be damaged. I immediately contacted My-Furniture customer service and spoke to Chan. He was extremely helpful immediately organised and replacement and collection of the damaged fitting. The replacement arrived within 3 days. Chan then emailed me to check if the replacement arrived in good condition and that I was happy with the replacement.
Excellent customer service and a big thank you to Chan who made me feel like a valued customer.

I ordered the sample of the fabric first which came within a week’s time. I was very happy with the quality and the colour of the fabric,so I ordered the ottoman online. Got the delivery very quickly. I was very happy with the quality of the furniture and the workmanship. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you My Furniture team.

I purchased the Aria shelving unit. I am extremely impressed with the quality and design, it is very well made and an elegant piece of furniture. After ordering I was contacted by customer service to arrange a delivery date which was good. Delivery was made 1 week after purchase as specified on the website. My only criticism is that the delivery men didn't remove all the packaging for me. This was a big job as item was it was in very thick cardboard. Also, the item was very heavy and box brought in upside down so I had to manoeuvre it the right way up on my own after unpacking which wasn't easy as being marble and glass was heavy.. i would have paid a little more to have this done had the service allowed for it, hence the 4 stars.
